HAD A NEW ENGINE PUT IN A CADILLAC ON WEDNESDAY AND ON MONDAY, CAR STOPPED AT THE FILLING STATION. CONTACTED MR. MILEX AND THEY SAID THAT'S NOT GOOD WE WILL SEND A TOW TRUCK. TOW TRUCK CAME AND NOW THEY'RE CHARGING ME FOR THE TOW....I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO OUT.DONE WITH THE NON PROFESSIONAL STAFF OF THIS PLACE. CAR CAN'T BE PICKED UP UNTIL THE TOW IS PAID. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THE TOW WAS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND WERE TOLD WE WANTED SOMETHING FOR FREE....REALLY....AFTER $8000, FREE!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AS THEY ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING TO CUSTOMERS. $200 TO TOW FROM 5TH AVE TO MORSE ROAD..... WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE HIGHER UPS! THE PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS . TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH A TOW THAT HAS A HIDDEN COST THAT IS TO BE PAID TO MR. MILEX. NEVER ASKED US IF WE HAD ACCESS TO A TOWING COMPANY. STOP THIS DIGGING IN FOLK POCKETS. YOU ARE TOTALLY WRONG!

We suggest that customers use their AAA or Insurance to tow the vehicles and if that is not an option then we offer a concierge service to dispatch a tow that is the customers responsibility. This was communicated up front. This vehicle you refer to, that belongs to another customer, had a bad battery. The battery tested out fine when the vehicle was picked up originally and has gone bad since. Had the issue been related to the work we did to the vehicle we would have covered the tow.
