It’s funny when you’re honest and people try to cover their tracks to make the company look good The vehicle that was worked on by mr transmission on Morse Road isn’t in my name so of course my name isn’t going to be on the receipts but I dealt with Mr. transmission before they can write under this I wasn’t at their location they didn’t provide me with an estimate, They did work on my vehicle without my permission they put the wrong Lugnuts on my car I took it to a tire shop the tire shop was appalled on how the car even drove.. I went through a warranty company and was at a legitimate repair shop before Mr. transmission I have receipts on that there were certain things that weren’t broken until the car got to Mr. transmission. They will lie to you give you the runaround they had my car for three months & damaged it please guys don’t go here they will mess your car upppp… Mind you this was an engine repair that’s why I went there how are Lugnuts even involved they broke my axle seized my transmission & didn’t do the job right … there where tests run before it left the previous shop and the car was fine none of these things were broken until it went to Mr. transmission so how did it all happen I have them on video admitting they didn’t provide me with an estimate & im paying for their mistake very unprofessional

This company is terrific. During the hectic time of year they were thorough, very helpful with our issues with an older vehicle. Ryan also listened and showed complete understanding and helped with our final decision. I would definitely recommend their services and will be keeping in contact with them for future issues. I took my vehicle to Milex on Morse Road because my transmission would typically shift into the higher gears one time at most when driving it and stop shifting into the higher gears after that. I paid over $450 for transmission oil/filter being changed, a piece of a rubber fuel hose replaced, and a radiator hose replaced. I was assured the transmission oil/filter change resolved the issue with the transmission shifting and was a main reason I authorized other work, yet it did not. I believe the average cost for transmission oil/filter being changed on my vehicle is around $200, they charged $235. I was not allowed to use a coupon due to the amount of other "discounts" applied. A "discount" is not really a discount when an inflated cost is being charged. Those type of things is why I did not take my vehicle back after it was evident the MAIN reason I took my vehicle there had not been resolved after I had spent over $450. There simply was no evidence of integrity with their actions and words that I could rely on. I took my vehicle else where and the issue with the transmission was identified and resolved. The cost for it to be fixed by another place was about 25% of what Milex charged yet did not fix. The "Shop Supplies" charge from Milex was 40% of what it cost to have my transmission fixed correctly and more than 10% of the total bill. "Shop Supplies" charges such as this tend to be a practice to make costs of other services not seem as high and they serve zero purpose in resolving any issue with a vehicle. Bottom line is if a business is not addressing the main reason a customer is there, that is not a place to do business. They also retained only one of the 'bad parts' that were replaced.

During the Free Performance Inspection we were unable to duplicate the Transmission issue you were having, therefore, did not quote or charge for any additional testing for that issue. As for the safety items, they were quoted, authorized, and repaired correctly. We are sorry your experience did not meet our standards.

I made an appointment for 10AM and was seen at 10AM. That doesn't happen much in todays world. Also they said it would take about 1/2 hour and it did. Impressive!

I had a wonderful experience at and. Transmissions today. Because of Ryan Davis I can feel comfortable allowing Mr. Transmission to be my auto repair specialist for my can. Ryan’s very professional, courteous, and assertive. Thank you and the guys there Ryan!

They were supposed to fix my car under warranty my engine needed replaced, then they some how seized up my transmission while Their and refuse to let me take my car to a different shop unless the other shop pays for labor or I pay for labor, which mind you is covered under the warranty. Then they refuse to answer the phone or update you as if it’s ur job to call every WEEK to see if they have called or even contacted the warranty company, then they continually lied about everything calling the warranty company even said the warranty company sent the wrong engine and when I called the warranty he never called to have it sent back bc it was in fact the right engine. This company will just try to get your money they don’t care about fixing your car!!!!! For a company that’s only a year old your not very impressive at all. Oh yeah and I still don’t have my car. And haven’t for over a month ! STAY AWAY FROM HERE !!! Update !! I see they have responded with lies oh mr.transmission is there not only one location on the north side of Columbus on Morse rd ! I also see you copy and paste responses for the bad reviews you get!!! Check the other comments!
