Customer Service check in was a little bit slow I believe due to training of another person but overall it was a enjoyable experience. I would suggest to owner having an area for coffee, beverages for customers who are waiting on vehicle. I understand this benefit wasn't available because of health concern during Covid but offer should be there. Wait was a little over 3hrs transmission fluid change and price was wonderful making it worth wait on my 1st visit. THANK YOU Matt!
